My wife and I met John LaRocca at an open house. We liked him immediately as we chatted. He quickly discerned that the house he was showing was not to our taste and said there was a pocket listing he thought might be of interest to us…and it was! While a deal on that house did not work out, John kept up the effort to find what he seemingly knew we wanted. We then focused on a house of real interest and with John and Jean’s considerable help, including virtual tours of the subject house, we made an offer that was accepted. John and Jean have continued to be extremely helpful as we worked through several house inspections and closing matters. As we live in another state, John and Jean have continued to help with post-closing matters, including assisting with lining up contractors and painters to work on our new house. John and Jean have been very responsive to our needs and are proactive when they see things that should be addressed. They rate five stars in our view!

We received a letter from the Long Realty Cares Foundation telling us that you have contributed a donation in honor of the sale of our home to us. We’re pleased and impressed. Certainly this gift is an indication of your integrity and generosity. Thank you for all that you have done for us. As long distance buyers you had more to do than you would have for a local buyer. Thank you for the FaceTime tours, receiving our car, tracking down phone numbers of service people for us, many calls and emails, and securing a good deal for us. You have truly started us out on the right foot, and we are grateful. It was serendipitous that we met you at that open house, John.
