John LaRocca is an outstanding residential broker with a human touch.

He was recommended to me by my daughter, Lisa Brown, with whom he has been working. She is in the process of looking for a home to buy. John was referred to Lisa by two friends; he represented them in selling their home and then purchasing a new one.

John is very conscientious, knowledgeable and professional. He is always prompt for an appointment. He calls instantly when a matter needs attending. He is willing to do as many open houses as necessary.

His cheerful, outgoing personality and warmth make him a pleasure to work with. I have praised and given his cards to two people who will be putting their homes on the market and will call him to represent them and I will continue to recommend him, as will my daughter.
