My wife, Nita and I met John when we casually walked into an open house in our daughter’s neighborhood of La Paloma. John was very personable and yet professional. Initially Nita and I were not interested in purchasing a second home at the time. However we were very excited about that home and its location in regards to the backyard views. John was very creative in assisting us through the whole purchase process. There is more to purchasing a home than simply submitting an offer and having it accepted. John guided us through the inspection and appraisal phases of the purchases. His advice was invaluable and allowed the whole purchase process to be pleasant without undue stress. I most appreciate John’s “common sense” approach to any and all situations throughout the purchase process.
